First Interstellar account guide

01What you need

1. A working email address and phone number
2. Your ID card (a clear photo of the whole card)
3. Proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement

02Create your First Interstellar account

1. Press “Sign up with First Interstellar” on The Orbit's sign-up page
2. Enter your email, set a password, and choose Thailand as your country
3. Confirm your email using the link we send you

03Verify your identity (KYC)

1. Open your profile and choose identity verification
2. Upload your ID card and proof of address
3. Wait for approval [estimated time]

04Make your first deposit

1. In the member area (my.fisg.com), tap “Deposit” under your balance
2. Choose the currency THB, then the channel THB Deposit (the minimum is shown on the button, e.g. 1,000 THB, fee 0)
3. Pick the trading account to fund and enter the amount in USD. The THB amount to pay is calculated for you
4. Tap Confirm, save the QR code, and pay it from your banking app

05Connect your account to MT5

1. Open the MetaTrader 5 app and add a new account (iOS: Settings → New Account, Android: Menu → Manage accounts → +)
2. Type the full server name interstellarFinancial-server, then pick InterStellar Financial Group Limited
3. Enter your account number and password, then log in
